The cake tasting was a blast! I had a lot of fun and always enjoy the friends and family it brings! We raised $115.00 for Autism Speaks and brought awareness to the community!
The Food:
Nick made Chocolate Covered Reese's stuffed Oreos and they were a HIT!!!
I was able to make 12 different flavors: Cafe Au Lait Cheesecake, Reese's Peanut
Butter Cake, Pound Cake with Lemon glaze, Key Lime Cheesecake, Boo Beary Muffins
(with and without streusel), Chocolate cake, Strawberry cake, Vanilla mini
cupcakes, Chocolate mini cupcakes, and 3 Carrot cake rolls (1 plain, 1 with
pecans and 1 with craisins and pecans). In addition I was able to make a mini
cake for auction.
