My next mission an Amazing Amazon Jungle Cake! This is a 2-tier jungle themed cake for a sweet one year old birthday. I will be making it from the idea of a Wilton decorating theme.
Of course I have to make my changes to it. Instead of buying the candies to put on top of the cupcakes, I will be making yummy candy melts in a mold of lions and tigers and elephants, oh my! I will also be making it with Italian buttercream frosting. I will also be giving the baby a free "smash" cake, which you know that's all they are going to do with it! I'm excited! Let the molding begin!
